Inertia is a term in physics that means that an object at rest stays at rest, and an object in motion stays in motion. 


In your health and fitness journey, inertia can show up as resistance to change. You know you should go for that walk, plan your meals, or get your strength training in... but you feel stuck, paralyzed, and unable to get going.
